Yes, it's completely free. I believe in offering real value upfront. If you find the workshop helpful, I'll share details of how you can explore my coaching programs. But there is no pressure or obligation to continue. I only work with a small client roster so I can provide a premium service. I work with women who are ready to show up and take action.
No. You're welcome to simply listen and reflect. While I may ask questions to prompt your thinking, you will be given an opportunity to contribute in the zoom chat if you choose to. There's no requirement to share or speak up.
No. Just bring a notebook, something to write on, and a quiet space where you can listen without being disturbed. Bring some water, or your favourite beverage to stay hydrated. Feel free to eat your lunch during the workshop.
At the end of the session, I'll briefly share how you can achieve long-term transformation. You will receive an invitation. And you will be provided with an opportunity to ask questions.
The content has been developed combining neroscience, lived experience, real-world coaching experience, and a deep understanding of the demands many women carry. It's trauma-sensitive, practical and designed to shift how you show up in your own life. There are tools you can immediately put into practise.

Sandy Johnston is a trauma‑informed empowerment coach who guides women from survival into steady, confident choice. Combining professional training in psychosocial recovery and years of practical coaching with deep lived experience, Sandy brings both authority and hard‑won empathy to her work. She rebuilt her life after leaving an abusive relationship while raising her children, transforming chronic stress and pain into calm, creative power through somatic practice, voice work and small, consistent actions. Before coaching she worked in the music industry as a manager and publicist, and today she blends performance, storytelling and evidence‑based nervous‑system tools to help clients regulate, clarify and take purposeful steps forward.
Sandy has worked with many women in one‑to‑one and group programs, runs the Path to Freedom 10‑week RAPID Results coaching program, and hosts practical workshops and supportive communities to keep change sustainable. In sessions she uses simple neuroscience‑backed practices, values‑led planning and accountable micro‑experiments — the same methods that rebuilt her life — so clients leave with real calm, clear goals and a roadmap they can actually follow.
